FINAL COMPENSATION PLAN FOR REPS:
You will earn 30% on your own sales. You will earn 6% from your level 1 recruits' sales (those you recruit directly under you), and you will earn 4% on your level 2 recruits' sales (your recruit gets a recruit) for a total of up to 40% earned in commissions.
As the company grows, I will introduce other levels of commission at lower rates. THIS will allow for growth of the company and profits to accrue before we pay any other levels of commission. The accountant will be thrilled and we will stay in business for more than a year!!!
We will advertise to recruit as: FREE sign ups, earn up to 40% (30% on your sales and up to 10% on downline sales).
